Terry Pudwell
- Chairman
Terry brings executive management and board experience with both UK and US companies to Assuria. Since 2001 he has worked in a business development role for a number of businesses in which he has an equity stake, including; e-commerce subsidiary of an IT hardware services business: an online community business: an internet marketing business; a property rental business and a road and race car manufacturing business.
Terry’s
background in IT dates from the early 1970s with ICL where he established
a major consulting operation within ICL’s International Services
Division. Establish March Information Systems Ltd in 1990, March was an
early leader in the provision of information security software and
services and developed Security Manager, a vulnerability and policy
compliance product. Terry held the position of Managing Director of ISS Group Ltd,
the wholly owned UK subsidiary of Internet Security Systems. ISS Group Ltd
was formed in October 1998 through the acquisition and merger of March
Information Systems Ltd of the UK with the existing ISS operation in the
UK. ISS's System Scanner was based upon the March Security Manager
technology.
Nick Connor MBCS, CITP, MMIS

Nick has
more than 40 years of broad
information technology experience, technical, marketing and
managerial experience to Assuria.
Since
1995 he has focused on IT security in marketing and product management
positions. Previously with Internet Security Systems (ISS) where he was responsible for the Host products,
including System Scanner and Server Sensor. He joined ISS when March was
acquired in October 1998. March was a pioneer in the emerging IT
security market. Nick had joined March in early 1995 to establish March as an
IT security vendor. The
success of the Security Manager product established MARCH as a significant
player in the IT security market and led to MARCH being acquired by ISS.
Nick was Group Marketing Manager at Gresham
Computing Plc whom he joined in 1993, after a 26 year career with ICL, where he had extensive Product Marketing, Project
and Business Management experience in both open systems and mainframes.
Nick has a strong international experience in
both the US and Europe. He was founder chairman of the worldwide
multi-vendor Tuxedo resellers group, and represented ICL on Unix
International OLTP working groups.
Chris Wood

Engineering Manager
Chris brings
software product design and development experience to Assuria
He is an experienced software engineer, with excellent development
expertise gained through a variety of design and architectural projects in
both ICL and ISS and March. Experienced at working at different levels
from valued contributor, through technical leadership to development
management. Latterly, Chris was engineering manager for ISS's Reading
Development Labs, responsible for the development and maintenance of ISS's
server host based products, including RealSecure Server Sensor and System Scanner.
